I was greatly assisted by Mr Byrom fitting my two Phonak Hearing Aids with infinite care.

I had worn aids for many years, but with ageing, now 81 years old, my NHS hearing aids were no longer making much difference. It was difficult to hear the speech of my sick husband and using the house phone was almost impossible.

The Phonak aids proved a wonderful solution; I could hear my husband, use the phone with ease and join in general conversations in busy areas e.g. cafes. I find this quite amazing after years of guessing what people were saying.

I can recommend Mr Byrom for his pleasant manner and the concern he displayed.
