A gradual awareness that my hearing was not all it should be led to lack of confidence and withdrawal from social situations. The TV was turned up too loud for the rest of the family who also became frustrated with having to repeat things all the time.

Eventually a family member came to rescue in recommending the services of Peter Byrom who visited my home and conducted a full no obligation assessment of my hearing impairment.

Peter subsequently provided me with two "CIC" hidden hearing aids which, to my delight, have completely transformed my life and made me realise just what I had been missing. I can now again enjoy all the things I used to including the simple things in life such as rain on the window panes and birdsong. In addition, at work I can contribute fully in meetings instead of having to guess at some of the words being said.

Peter also provides a complete after care service and nothing seems to be too much trouble for him. He sought out the best solution for my hearing loss and, in doing so, has restored the quality of my life. What more can I say?
